MADE IN THE USA
Way down South, there’s a special place called Griffin, Georgia…
1888 Mills’ Griffin facility is among the last remaining towel manufacturing plants in the USA. Tracing deep roots to the heritage of textile manufacturing in the United States, the facility was started by a group of textile veterans with a goal of making USA production a part of our global strategy.
1888 Mills in Griffin, Georgia is proud to employ over 200 people, many of whom have been in the industry for over 30 years. These jobs support families, promote leadership within the local community, and provide purchasing power needed to fuel the U.S. Economy.
Although manufacturing in the United States has seen a lot of change, one thing has not changed…the need to keep jobs in the USA. Pioneered by American innovation, craftsmanship and commitment, 1888 Mills USA terry product helps preserve the quality and heritage of the American textile industry.
